A former IT Director at Patterson, Belknap, Webb and Tyler, Yvonne Prashad started her own IT consulting firm in 1992. The firm concentrates on serving the needs of small and mid-size organizations.

For more than 25 years, we have helped individual business owners as well as large firms set up their computer networks. We never think any job is too small. Our mission is to serve every client with the same level of service, professionalism and respect.

Some of our work includes the installation and maintenance of networks on Windows 2012 Server, Windows Exchange Server 2016, Windows NT, Linux and Novell. We do extensive work on all Windows operating systems and Mac OS environments. In addition, we provide backup solutions for your files and databases. We also provide technical support for Google apps and related products.

Consulting related to new office moves and installation and configuration of network cabling and telephone systems. The creation and conversion of database applications, web design software support and training.

We assist clients in the evaluation and installation of accounting, personnel and benefit management IT solutions. Combining strong technical understanding with a facility for communicating with non-technical people has made us successful. We also provide customized training for our clients’ staff for a wide range of software applications.
